How to Take Advantage of Las Vegas Freebies

It will come as no surprise to you that a number one priority on my list is saving money. As a Vegas veteran I have learned, sometimes the hard way, that there is no reason to pay full price if you don’t have to. Anytime there is a chance to get something for nothing, I say jump on it! The best thing I can do for you and your Vegas vacation is to share these fantastic freebies with you.

Let’s begin with the Bellagio. The Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Gardens offer a visual delight for all who come to view it. There is always a seasonal change and usually a new theme in the garden so even if you frequent Las Vegas, you will always find a new and different “free” experience every time you visit. This is a sensory experience of sight, sound and scent. This offers a free opportunity for entertainment in Las Vegas and also a great chance for a gorgeous photo opportunity.

While you are at the Bellagio, see the most beautiful dancing water you will experience in your life. The Bellagio is home to the famous Bellagio fountains, with over 1,000 fountains. Each fountain performs a choreographed masterpiece in visual delight with lights to accent and a wide variety of soundtrack to accompany this “dance.” The show occurs approximately every 30 minutes and each experience is new with such an impressive variety of music.

Some free family fun can be found at Circus Circus, they offer a highflying acrobatic extravaganza from noon-midnight approximately every hour at the half hour. There are also circus acts performed to awe the audience, all of this provided free. The big top is brought directly to you 12 times a day with different acts each time. Don’t miss this experience that is FREE and fit for the whole family.

Sam’s Town Hotel and Gambling Hall is the home of Mystic Falls Park. Shows at 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm, 8 pm and 10 pm daily offer a free laser light show. This is a 10-story atrium that is beautiful even before the light show kicks off. This is an experience that is worth seeing and as is everything else in this review, FREE!

The Silverton Hotel and Casino offers what has been named the best freebie in Las Vegas, the 117,000 gallon reef aquarium delights people of all ages. You get a chance to view over 4.000 species of beautiful tropical fish, which include three species of shark and three species of stingray. The Silverton is also attached to the Bass Pro Shop, which offers a large fresh water aquarium system. If you can make it there are interactive feeding shows are scheduled daily at 1:30pm and 4:30pm.

Another valuable mention in the land of fantastic and free in Las Vegas is the Sirens at Treasure Island. This is a sexy adventure that will entertain you from beginning to end. This Vegas freebie can be so popular that it is hard to get good viewing so you might want to make it to the viewing area with some time to spare. The swashbuckling beauties can be viewed at 7pm, 8:30pm, 10pm with additional shows that have varied times depending on the season so be sure to check in to the show times before your trip.

Free fun and adventure can be found in Las Vegas with lots of other free opportunities. Keep your eyes open for buy one get one free deals that are often offered in Las Vegas. Also watch for promotional freebies but always be sure to ask what it is YOU have to DO to get the freebie. A free show in Las Vegas can sound that a great opportunity but finding out that you have to spend 90 minutes or more of your Vegas time at a time-share presentation may not be something you want to do. These verified freebies don’t require you do anything more than show up!
