The Island is limited in the periphery of 19 square kilometers. Gaios, Loogos, and Lakka are three main villages of this Island situated near the harbors. Gaios is the main and biggest village in Paxos where you can find some restaurants, Tavernas to taste some Greek dish. This is also the only village where you can find ATMs. Lakka on the other side is preferred most by visitors to stay who are on a budget. It is popular due to the numbers of bars, restaurants, and sheltered Tavernas.
Loggos is the smallest one and is known as the fishing village. This village is very beautiful to show you the Greek old-fashioned settlement.
Several Tavernas and bars are there to offer you something great in food and drinks. You can just enjoy your lunch or dinner in one of the harbor side Tavernas. You can also shop some ingredients from local vendors- if you are going to prepare your meal in your villa rental. You will hardly find hotels here to stay. Most visitors rent villa apartments which provide all luxury amenities at a quire affordable rate.
